Need-To-Know!
Fishing License
A Tidal license is required for every visitor who wants to go fishing in waters in the Quadra & Campbell River area.
What To Bring
– Layers of Clothing: Coastal weather can change quickly! Bring a warm base layer, a fleece or sweater, and a waterproof outer shell, even in summer.
– Sun Protection: Hat, sunglasses, and reef-safe sunscreen are essential.
– Camera or phone for photos (dry bags available on request)
– Valid fishing license (if joining a fishing charter)
– Snacks & drinks (this can also be provided upon request)
Safety Guidelines
– Before every tour, there is a safety briefing. Take this seriously and with you on the water.
– Tours operate year-round, but March to October is most comfortable
– We closely monitor marine weather—wind over 40km/h & waves over 3ft might lead to cancellations
– In case of cancellation due to weather, you’ll get a full refund or reschedule option

Parking: The Campbell River Marina & Quadra Island Harbour ask small parking fees. Free parking for both can be found a few minutes down the road.
Weather Conditions
- Tours operate year-round, but March to October is most comfortable
- We closely monitor marine weather—winds over 40km/h or waves over 3ft may lead to Guided Tour cancellations.
- In case of cancellation due to weather, you’ll get a full refund or reschedule your visit to Quadra Island

Policies & Requirements
– Age: At least one guest needs to be 21 or above
– Cancellation Policy: 48 hours notice for tour refunds
– Safety: All boat tours include mandatory safety briefings and full certified equipment
– Insurance: All guests are covered under our marine tour policy

- Booking is only available online
Price: $130 CAD per boat per hour for all boat tours: fishing, whale watching and scenic tours.
Payment accepted by debit/credit card & Apple/Google Pay
Book at least 24–48 hours ahead for best availability

- Capacity: Accommodates up to 6 adult passengers, plus the captain.
- Area: Perfectly suited for offshore fishing and extensive touring within the Discovery Islands region.
- Pick-up: Available from Quadra Island & Campbell River
- Fishing Options: include trolling, bottom fishing, and casting for your optimal BC fishing experience.
- Price: $130 CAD per hour total (max 6 guests), all taxes included

Kids are welcome on all tours, with parent present
Strollers, wheelchairs, and other accessibility needs are best suited to larger boat tours—please contact us first

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept practically any credit or debit card(e.g. mastercard or visa) and Apple/Google Pay
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Changing or cancelling your booking is allowed up to 48 hours before departure to get a full refund.
How far in advance do custom requests need to be made?
Please indicate custom requests as soon as possible, at least a week ahead of time. Only custom itinerary changes are available until the start of the tour itself
Will I receive a confirmation email after booking?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email within minutes of booking. If you did not receive it, first please check your spam folder and otherwise feel free to reach out to us.
What happens if the weather is bad?

Do you offer group discounts for bookings?
We offer transparent pricing from the start to make the process easy for you and us. Discounts are usually not included, but in case of special circumstances just reach out!
Do you provide equipment or gear?
Yes, for every tour option there is gear available. Whether you are going on the fishing charter tour and need the best rods or need binoculars for whale watching. The best of both can even be provided upon request.
What kind of tours do you offer?
We offer fishing, whale watching, scenic tours and scuba diving tours You can also mix between these options by booking one of them and leaving your preferences in the notes section at checkout. We are here to create your dream boat tour adventure
Is there parking available at the location?
The Campbell River Marina & Quadra Island Harbour ask for small fees for parking. Free parking for both can be found a few minutes down the road.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed on the tours due to safety reasons.
