This document outlines the legal agreement between you and Fierce Fish Ocean Adventures, covering booking terms, use of service, payment, and other important policies. It also includes information regarding age/group size, pet policy, accessibility, and contact/complaint procedures.

Welcome to Fierce Fish Ocean Adventures. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (“the guest”) and Fierce Fish Ocean Adventures (“us”) for any tours or services booked through our website or directly with us. By booking a tour, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking and Payment
- Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed once full payment is received. We accept debit/credit payments and bank transfers.
- Advance Booking: We recommend booking at least a week in advance, especially during peak season, but short-notice bookings may be possible by contacting us directly.
- Booking Agreement: All bookings require agreement to these Terms & Conditions and our Liability Waiver which will be signed in person during the safety briefing.
2. Tour Types & Customization
- We primarily offer guided ocean tours including Fishing Charters, Whale Watching, and Scenic Boat Tours.
- Every tour is flexible and adaptable to what the group wants. Guests can choose between fishing, whale watching, scenic boat tours or a mix of multiple, provided they have a tidal fishing license if they intend to fish.
- Custom requests (e.g., changes to itinerary or duration) generally require 24 hours’ notice.
3. Age & Group Size Policy
- Minimum Guests: For our boat, the corvina 225 from Tsunami Panga there is a maximum capacity of 6 guests, plus the captain.
- Age Requirements for Guided Tours: There are no age requirements for guided tours where our captain is present. We are family-friendly and welcome children. However there always needs to be at least one person above the age of 21.
4. Pet Policy
- Pets are not allowed on board our vessels.
5. Accessibility Policy
- General Accessibility: While we strive to make our tours enjoyable for everyone, our boat is not wheelchair-accessible. Guests with certain disabilities, particularly those requiring wheelchairs, may find getting into the boat challenging.
- Assistance: Our captains are trained in marine first aid. Please contact us in advance if you have specific accessibility concerns, and we will do our best to advise on suitability.
6. Guest Conduct & Safety
- Guests must adhere to all instructions from the captains regarding safety and conduct on board. Please also refer to our Tour Safety Policy for comprehensive guidelines.
- Music is not permitted on board to ensure an optimal experience and minimize disturbance to marine life. Speaking is encouraged at a normal volume so we can share a wonderful time and stories.
- Guests may bring their own drinks and snacks but must advise the captains. Alcohol is strictly prohibited.
- Guests are prohibited from being impaired by alcohol, cannabis, or any other substance that could affect their judgment, balance, or safety during the tour. The captains reserve the right to refuse service to any individual deemed to be impaired. For full details on our substance and conduct policies, please refer to our Safety Policy / Tour Rules.
7. Contact & Complaint Policy
- Contact Information: Our clear contact information (phone, email) is available on our website’s Contact page.
- Complaints: We aim for 100% guest satisfaction. If you have any concerns or complaints before, during or after your tour, please communicate them directly to the captain for that tour or contact us through our website’s contact form as soon as possible. We are committed to addressing all issues promptly and fairly.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms and conditions are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
