This policy provides clear expectations for behavior and safety protocols during your tour with Fierce Fish Ocean Adventures.

Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities at Fierce Fish Ocean Adventures. Please read these safety guidelines and tour rules carefully to ensure a safe and memorable experience for everyone on board.

1. Captain's Authority:

  • The captains are fully experienced and certified and has ultimate authority over the vessel and all guests. All instructions from the captains must be followed promptly and respectfully for your safety.

2. Mandatory Safety Gear:

  • All necessary safety gear, including life vests, is provided and must be worn or available as instructed by the captains.
  • A first aid kit is on board, and the captains are marine first aid certified.

3. Boat & Capacity:

  • We currently operate the corvina 225 from Tsunami Panga.
  • Maximum capacity for this boat is 6 adults depending on the chosen activities.
  • This boat has a fish finder, sonar and GPS onboard.

4. Weather & Cancellations:

  • Our boat tours are weather permitting. We may cancel or reschedule if winds exceed 40 km/h or waves are over 3 feet for safety. Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.

5. Guest Conduct:

  • Respectful Behavior: We expect all guests to behave respectfully towards the captains, other passengers, wildlife, and the marine environment.
  • Noise: For the well-being of marine life, music is not permitted on board. Speaking is acceptable.
  • Drinks & Snacks: Guests may bring their own food and snacks but must advise the captains. Alcohol is strictly prohibited on board.
  • Smoking/Vaping: For the safety of all passengers and crew, and due to the presence of fuel and sensitive marine equipment on board, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the vessel during the tour. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
  • Drug & Impairment Policy: For the safety and well-being of all on board, the use of illicit drugs is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, we do not permit guests to be impaired by alcohol, cannabis (in any form), or any other substance that could affect their judgment, balance, or safety, or the safety of others on board. The captains reserve the right to refuse service to any individual deemed to be impaired.

6. Personal Items:

  • Guests may bring their own fishing gear or food but must advise the captains.
  • Drones are allowed, but the customer is responsible for their own equipment.
  • We recommend bringing layers of clothing, sunglasses, and sunscreen.

7. Water Activities:

  • While a swimming diploma is not required, it is recommended.
  • We can beach the boat at suitable locations for bathroom breaks or short shore excursions.

8. Important Considerations:

  • The tour is suitable for children and elderly guests, but our boat is not accessible by wheelchair and some disabilities may make boarding difficult.
  • Pets are not allowed.

9. Emergency Preparedness:

  • The captains are fully trained in marine first aid, and all essential safety equipment is on board. The boat is insured.
