This page explains the requirement for all participants to sign a liability waiver before their tour, outlining its purpose. This page is purely informational, signing the waiver will be done in person during the safety briefing of the ocean tour.

For your safety and our operational requirements, all participants on Fierce Fish Ocean Adventures tours are required to acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with marine activities.

1. Purpose of the Waiver:

The Liability Waiver (also known as a Release of Liability or Assumption of Risk document) is a standard industry practice. It is designed to:

  • Acknowledge that you understand and accept the potential risks involved in participating in an ocean tour (e.g., environmental conditions, marine life interactions, boat movements).
  • Protect Fierce Fish Ocean Adventures from legal claims in case of injury or incident during the tour.

2. Requirement for Participation:

  • All participants, regardless of age (parents/guardians must sign for minors), must sign our Liability Waiver before boarding the boat for their tour.
  • Participation in a tour is contingent upon the signing of this waiver.

3. How to Sign the Waiver:

  • You will receive instructions on how to sign the Liability Waiver after your booking is confirmed. This will involve a physical waiver provided at check-in that will need to be signed in person during the safety briefing.
  • Please ensure you read and understand the waiver thoroughly before signing. If you have any questions, please ask before signing.

We are committed to providing a safe environment, and our captain is trained in marine first aid with comprehensive safety gear provided, but participation in outdoor activities carries inherent risks.
