Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Fierce Fish Ocean Adventures, we understand that plans can change, and weather can be unpredictable. This policy outlines our terms for cancellations and refunds.

1.   Guest Cancellations

  • Notice Period: We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any guest-initiated cancellations.
  • Refund Eligibility:
    • Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice will receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice (including “no-shows”) may not be eligible for a refund, unless under specific extenuating circumstances.
  • How to Cancel: To cancel your tour, please contact us directly via phone or email as soon as possible.

2. Weather-Related Cancellations

  • Our Priority: Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. All tours are subject to weather conditions.
  • Small Boat Weather Policy: Our boat, the Corvina 225 from Tsunami Panga operates on a “weather permitting” basis. We will typically cancel or reschedule if wind speeds are consistently over 40 km/h or waves are consistently over 3 feet.
  • Captain’s Discretion: The decision to cancel due to unsafe weather conditions is at the sole discretion of the captains. The captain’s decision is final.
  • Refund for Weather Cancellations: If your tour is cancelled by Fierce Fish Ocean Adventures due to unsafe weather conditions, you will receive a full refund, or you may choose to reschedule your tour.

3. Other Operator-Initiated Cancellations

  • In very rare cases, Fierce Fish Ocean Adventures may need to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., mechanical issues, family emergency, local restrictions).
  • In such events, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or the option to reschedule your tour.

4. Rescheduling:

  • If you need to reschedule your tour, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time, subject to availability.
